Every Blue Shield plan is designed to help you discover the healthiest version of yourself. Choose from the options below to get started on your path to better health.
Our Trio HMO plan is typically more affordable than other plans. It features a select network of local providers who closely coordinate your care and a concierge service to help you with everything from benefit questions to scheduling doctor’s appointments. When you enroll in the Trio HMO plan for the first time, you must choose a primary care physician (PCP) for yourself and your covered dependents. Each member of your family can choose a different physician and medical group/Independent Practice Association (IPA).
To enroll in the Trio HMO plan, you must live or work within the Trio service area.
With our Access+ HMO plan, you will only pay a fixed copayment for most services. You'll also be asked to select a primary care physician (PCP) to coordinate your care and refer you to specialists and hospitals within their medical group.

With our exclusive provider organization (EPO) plans, you'll have the flexibility to see any doctor in our PPO network. However, you won't be covered for services from providers who are not in the PPO network.
Full PPO Savings Two-Tier Embedded Deductible 1700/3400/3400 with Value Formulary
High-deductible health plans offer lower monthly premiums than our other PPO plans, but have a higher deductible. These plans qualify you for the option of opening a tax-advantaged HSA account to help save and pay for qualified medical expenses. Money added to an HSA is yours to keep and there is no use it or lose it penalty.
